Our story started at Vaughan’s Kilfenora, the first chapter in a journey still unfolding. This beloved venue quickly became a destination where locals gather, visitors feel at home, and couples from near and far come to begin their forever. Alongside its renowned restaurant and pub, Vaughan’s is home to a unique wedding barn and a nine-bedroom guest house, offering an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Burren.

In the summer of 2023, Patrick expanded his vision with the opening of The Half Barrel Pub and Restaurant in Whitegate, a true community hub where great food and warm welcomes are at the heart of every visit.

Later that year, in November 2023, The Edge Lahinch opened its doors. A fresh, lively coastal venue, The Edge quickly became a favourite for friends gathering over creative cocktails and modern dining, raising the bar for what hospitality can be.

After taking time to focus on quality and growth, the journey continued in early 2025 with the launch of O’Donohue’s Fanore, a seaside gem where exceptional food meets breathtaking views along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Finally, in April 2025, The Good House opened, the finishing piece in a collection that celebrates simple things done right, every time.
